"Derived from red algae or seaweeds, carrageenan is processed through an alkaline procedure and used as a “natural” food-grade ingredient. When processed with acid instead of alkali, carrageenan is reduced to a low molecular weight, and is called degraded carrageenan or poligeenan."
2. I don't know why I'm just now hearing about Simone De La Rue, owner of Body by Simone, but I instantly fell in love with who she is and the movement she's made. What really attracted me is that she's built an empire and has a blast doing it!
I did this workout at the beginning of the week and, although TOUGH, it made me strangely addicted 😫. Or maybe it's just because I'm tired of my monotonous routines ... anyway, here's the dance cardio workout I was referring to. Break that sweat, girl!
