13 Quick + Easy Plant-Based Recipes (even meat-eaters will love)


I’ve compiled a list of 13 delicious, quick/easy, plant-based recipes for the 4th of July. They all consist of healthy fat, protein, fiber and greens (even the dessert 😉). Oh, and I’ve made sure that even meat-eaters, and those in transition to a more plant-based diet, will enjoy! 🌭🌽🥑.

Aduki Bean and Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Grilled Stuffed Avocados

If you want, you can add rice or omit gluten-free grains all together.

Simple Potato Salad

I used macadamia nuts to replace the cashews but, either way, it's still delicious.

BBQ Lentil Pulled “Pork” Sandwiches

I used cauliflower crust for this recipe and I think next time, I'll just stick to a traditional gluten-free crust since it's savory.

These are all great options for every type of eating and don't be intimidated by the look of them - they're worth it whatever one or several you choose.

My best advice here is to prep a lot of these ingredients the night before so you'll able to just throw them together the day of and have more fun eating/celebrating then preparing. What are your plans for the 4th?
