It's Friday - Earth Day Edition


This Friday is dedicated to Earth Day, along with your overall well-being 🙏🏼. So let's veg and zen out!

1. MEDITATION, Ladies! We're busy, I get it. As a mom I read articles and think, "What do you mean wake up early? I've already been waking up due to my baby's teething 😳" BUT those fellow advocates are right ... a solid meditation practice (whatever you choose it to be) pays off tremendously for your mind, body and soul. So here's, "How to Squeeze Meditation into Your Busy Schedule."

3. One of my favorite special diet-friendly chefs, Dana, the creator behind Minimalist Baker has developed a website, "Devoted to simple cooking. All recipes require 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl or 1 pot, or 30 minutes or less to prepare." HERE, she has rounded up 15 vegan dinners that are so easy and, most importantly, DELICIOUS 😋!

4. Juicing is on the rise and, HERE, Organic Authority breaks down everything you need to know about one of the most monstrous superfoods, wheatgrass 🌱. Plus, they've added a list of options (including two of my favs) you can choose if you don't have the time or resources to actual juice the grass! 🙌🏼
